Nabi Ibrahim a.s. Dan Buah

Nabi Ibrahim a.s. dan Buah:

Makan buah (selagi perut kosong), minum air hangat setelah makan, hidup damai dengan tetangga, beriman kepada Tuhan Maha Esa, dan takut pada pembalasan Hukum karma, insya Allah bisa hidup sehat dan panjang umur:

Nabi Ibrahim as sudah berdoa:
….. rabbij ‘al haadzaa baldan aaminaw war zuq ahlahuu minats tsamaraati man aamana minhum billaahi wal yaumil aakhiri …. – ….. Ya Tuhan-ku, jadikanlah negeri ini tempat yang aman, dan berikanlah rezeki kepada penduduknya dengan buah-buahan, yaitu kepada orang yang beriman di antara mereka kepada Allah dan beriman kepada Hari Kemudian/ Hari Pembalasan ….. (QS, Al-Baqarah 126/127).

Nabi Ibrahim a.s. ( 1987 – 1822 sebelum Masehi), 175 tahun; putra-putra beliau a.l.:
Nabi Ismail a.s. (1911 – 1774 SM), lahir ketika Nabi Ibrahim sudah berumur lk. 80 tahun.
Nabi Ishaq a.s. (1897 – 1717 SM), lahir 14 tahun setelah Ismail.
Nabi Ya’qub a.s. (1837 – 1690 SM)
(Tahun-tahunnya, perkiraan saja; belum ada ukuran tahun saat itu).

MAKAN BUAH Bagaimana sebaiknya makan buah itu? BERATI BAHWA JANGAN MEMAKAN BUAH-BUAHAN SETELAH MAKAN! BUAH-BUAHAN HARUS DIMAKAN PADA SAAT PERUT KOSONG.
